Payment rates Payment rates and payment periods paid to bloggers shall be made at sole discretion of Blog4Reviews.com. Blog4Reviews.com payments are made after 14 days your assigned task has been approved. Blog4Reviews.com reserves the right to refuse payment on any review that does not meet ours, or the advertisers, requirements. 3. Information Blogger registering and participating as a blogger in the Blog4Reviews.com service agrees the registration identification information they provided on themselves is truthful and up-to-date. 4. Contractor Blogger is an Independent Contractor engaged in an independent business and is not an employee, partner or in a joint venture of or with Blog4Reviews.com Blogger warrants and represents that the blog entries are original and has not before been published; that he or she is the sole Writer of the Work. Completed blog entries must remain online and be a permanent entry in your blog. Blogger is responsible for all state, and local income tax. Blogger agrees to be treated as an Independent Contractor for all employment purposes. No payroll deductions for employment taxes or insurance of any kind shall be paid by company for or on Bloggers's behalf.

Customer assumes all risk related to its published content. Customer releases Blog4Reviews.com from all liability related to the publication of its content through the Site. B. Charges 3. Order Fullfillment All Blog Ad purchases shall be fulfilled completed within 30 Days by Blog4Reviews.com unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4. Refund Policy The advertiser has seven days to review completed orders for reviews. If there is a problem, a support ticket must be entered within that timeframe. Blog4Reviews.com will review the complaint and work with the blogger to make any necessary adjustments. If a resolution cannot be reached between the advertiser and the blogger, and if we find in favor of the advertiser, we will issue a refund to advertisers account within seven business days. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion. Please note that we only guarantee reviews to remain on bloggers sites for 30 days. The exception would be if the blogger's entire site is down. In that case we offer no guarantee. General Terms & Conditions Definition of Terms: User - refers to customers (advertisers) and contractors (bloggers) of Blog4Reviews.com. Notification of Changes We will reserve the right to make periodic changes to these terms without notice. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the agreement, Blog4Reviews.com will post changes to the site. Advertisers and Bloggers who do not agree with them may terminate use of the Service at that time. Continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative: (1) acknowledgment by User of the agreement and its modifications; and (2) agreement by User to abide and be bound by the agreement and its modifications. Service Changes Blog4Reviews.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to User. Blog4Reviews.com shall not be liable to User or any third party should Blog4Reviews.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY Once you become a member of the Service. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account. Arbitration Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, to take place in Quezon City, Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 876 The Arbitration Law, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. |
